Ennis, world championship silver medalist, scored a personal best 12.54 seconds in front of 80,000 spectators at Olympic Stadium. In this race, all the seats in the Olympic Stadium filled to capacity.

This is the perfect first step in a sport that combines seven grueling sport. For Ennis, after this race he will face the high jump, shot put and 200m run. Forwarded heptathlon on Saturday (4/8/2012) after a long jump, javelin, and 800 m by the heptathlete.

Jessica Ennis is an athlete who is not so strictly to maintain his diet. 26-year-old athlete still has time and opportunity to consume sweet foods. "I have a sweet tooth, so I would always eat something sweet after dinner, such as chocolate, cupcake, or a sponge pudding."

Nevertheless, Ennis proven to be capable of being a great athlete.
